hmm...comparing dick(nightwing) to tim(robin iii). tim stops a villain once in a while, dick took gothams twin city, where the corruption started at the top, the cops were pretty much bought off and everything(in gotham the villains were just criminals), and eventually turned it into a peaceful place, single handedly. of course the infinite crisis ended up wrecking the city 34 hours later, but still.
